With effect from the 3rd May 2017, Eagle Rock Limited shall be the new operator of www.supergaminator.com. By consenting to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions governing your relationship with the operator of www.supergaminator.com, you are hereby expressly consenting to the transfer of your player account from Europe Entertainment Limited to Eagle Rock Limited. We encourage you to read carefully through the Terms and Conditions prior to agreeing to them, as these will govern your relationship with Eagle Rock Limited going forward.

Please be aware that acceptance of the transfer shall not be revocable at a later stage. We therefore also urge you to read carefully through the transfer conditions being laid out hereunder, together with the options available to you, prior to consenting to the transfer of your player account.

Acceptance of Account Transfer

By accepting to have your player account transferred to Eagle Rock Limited, you will effectively be terminating your relationship with Europe Entertainment Limited and entering into a new contractual relationship with Eagle Rock Limited. Should you wish to terminate your relationship with Eagle Rock Limited after having consented to the transfer of your player account, you will need to request a closure of your account.

Upon acceptance of the transfer of your account, the following will take place:

  1. Your account, inclusive the current real money and bonus money balance held therein (if any), will be transferred to Eagle Rock Limited.
  2. Your personal data and any documentation provided by you at any point throughout your player account lifetime to Europe Entertainment Limited shall be transferred to Eagle Rock Limited. You are advised to read through the Privacy Policy of Eagle Rock Limited in order to understand how your data may be collected, processed and stored by Eagle Rock Limited.
  3. Your account history, including your gaming and transaction history and any other historical data relating to the use of your account and the administration and maintenance thereof by Europe Entertainment Limited, shall be transferred to Eagle Rock Limited.

 

By accepting to have your account transferred to Eagle Rock Limited, your consent to receive promotional and marketing material from Europe Entertainment Limited cannot be automatically transferred with your account. Therefore, if you had previously opted-in for this service, you are kindly requested to do so again so as to express your consent to continue receiving said material from Eagle Rock Limited. If you had not opted in for this service in the past, you may do so now. Please keep in mind that you may opt-out of this service at any point in time should you wish to stop receiving further material of this kind from Eagle Rock Limited at a later stage.

Prior to your acceptance of the account transfer, in line with Clause 6 of its Privacy Policy, Europe Entertainment Limited may transfer certain data provided to it by you to Eagle Rock Limited for the purposes of enabling the latter to administer and maintain your player account throughout the transfer process. Eagle Rock Limited warrants that it shall process any personal and financial data shared with it by Europe Entertainment Limited in the strictest confidence and in line with applicable data protection legislation.

By terminating your relationship with Europe Entertainment Limited, you confirm that you have no pending claims against this company and Europe Entertainment Limited shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any damages or losses suffered by you as a result of holding a player account on www.supergaminator.com. Notwithstanding this, should you have any open issues with Europe Entertainment Limited (including complaints which have not yet been resolved at the point of your acceptance of the transfer), Eagle Rock Limited commits itself to closing off these issues with you post-transfer of your player account.

 

Non-Acceptance of Account Transfer

By expressly refusing to accept the transfer of your player account to Eagle Rock Limited, you will effectively be requesting the termination of your relationship with Europe Entertainment Limited and a closure of your player account. In the event that you would like to set up an account with www.supergaminator.com at a later stage, you will be required to undergo the registration process afresh with Eagle Rock Limited.

Should you still have a pending real money balance in your account at the time of refusal to the transfer, you may request that this is paid out to you prior to closure of your player account. You acknowledge that all due diligence and know-your-customer procedures adopted by Europe Entertainment Limited will need to be adhered to prior to your payout request being approved. Failure to provide any requested verifications or documentation to the satisfaction of Europe Entertainment Limited will result in a suspension or cancellation of your payout request. In the event that a payout request has not been filed or has been cancelled for any reason, the funds held in your account (if any) will be paid out to the Malta Gaming Authority following an inactivity period of 30 months on your account. Should you wish to collect your funds after this point, you must contact the Malta Gaming Authority.

In order to cause you the least inconvenience possible in the execution of the payout of your pending real money balance and/or the closure of your account, and in line with Clause 5 of its Privacy Policy, Europe Entertainment Limited may share your personal and financial data with Eagle Rock Limited for the latter to be able to process said payout and close your player account on behalf of Europe Entertainment Limited.

In the event that there exist any open issues which you may have with Europe Entertainment Limited, including but not limited to any complaints which have not yet been resolved or transactions which have not been completed at the point of express refusal to the transfer, these shall likewise be handled by Eagle Rock Limited on behalf of Europe Entertainment Limited.

Eagle Rock Limited warrants that it shall process any personal and financial data pertaining to players which may be shared with it by Europe Entertainment Limited in the strictest confidence and in line with applicable data protection legislation.

I received an email from you informing me of a management change. What does this mean for me and how will I be affected?

SuperGaminator will be managed by a new operator, Eagle Rock Limited, as from the 3rd May 2017.
